Frank, who was upset over being the butt of Hawkeye and Benjamin's pranks, was starting to scrub in on a surgery that he knew he could do in his sleep. So while he was scrubbing in, he was getting more and more aggrevated that his nurse, Margo Houlihan. Finally, after about 5 minutes or so, Frank turned around and saw her walking in. 

Frank was not happy about her just walking in late when she knew she had surgery to do. He probably had guessed he was with that new guy who thinks he new it all. Once Frank was done scrubbing in, he turned and walked over to her and looked her in the eyes as he began to speak to her, though making sure to keep his hands wrapped as he had just scrubbed them.

"And just where have you been?" he asked her in a very salty tone as he waited impatiently for an answer. "We have a surgery to do and you are late," he told her still in a very angry mood. "You were with him again, weren't you?" Frank asked once again sticking his nose in where it probably didn't belong.
